HitPath’s Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

At HitPath, we are always committed to providing our partners and clients with global, industry-best of breed support. Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we want to make sure you understand that we have a thorough business continuity plan.

This plan leverages our cloud infrastructure to ensure that our tracking and reporting services will continue to provide the same high availability, reliability and accuracy level that you have come to expect from us. Our business continuity plan takes many factors into consideration including how we serve the various interfaces and how data flows in and out of our servers by location, product and client segment. As we have had to do this during Hurricane Katrina and have refined it ever since. We continually test and challenge our continuity plans to ensure that the HitPath services and staff continue to operate at absolute peak performance.

Our team now operates completely remotely so that they can take care of their families as well as do their part in the fight of this pandemic. We are all remote and yet we are closer to you and your needs than ever before. We continue to develop and improve the platform, we add new features or features enhancements directly based on feedback from clients on a weekly basis, and we support it with the same devotion as when we started 15 years ago.

We understand your concern as well as the feeling of uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its potential impact on your own business continuity. However, please know that we remain unquestionably and utterly committed to being responsive to your business needs as the situation evolves and as your own business might be experiencing challenges.

In order to better assist and offer help to our clients when their own resources might be stretched and challenged, we have expanded the reach of our Network Managed Services and ready to discuss how these services can be put in place immediately.

Thank you,
